Student Life Support (SLS) is a company founded originally by activities of Aizu-Wakamatsu Chamber of Commerce and Industry in aim to support life students in Aizu University and make the university and the region be familiar with each other.

Currently SLS operates a cafeteria, grocery store, book store, cafe, and domitory for exchange students in Aizu University and a cafeteria and grocery store in Aizu University Junior College Division.

AiYUMU is a private company which is constituted of companies in Aizu Wakamatsu City and promotes ICT-related project of Aizu Wakamatsu City.

AiYUMU persue possibility of fusion between dynamics of metropolitan area and power of local tradition or major firms and startups in the region where Aizu University, a university specialized in ICT, is located, aiming to improving civil life based on ICT in its social infrastructure. AiYUMU also works for buildup of cooperation between Aizu Wakamatsu City, Aizu University, and other private organizations like educational and medical institutions and industries.
